English only · Class 3–12
Class 4
Stronger reading and writing, and the habit of expressing yourself in short sentences.
Building sentences and describing things in your own words
About this course
In Class 4 children grow their vocabulary and begin to understand the first rules of sentence building. We keep their curiosity alive through pictures, stories and games, making English something they can actually use.
Many of our students find English hard to understand or speak, because they rarely have regular English conversation outside the classroom. In this course we remove that fear and slowly build an easy friendship with the language.
What we teach in this class
- Simple sentence patterns (I like / She is / They play)
- Writing a three-sentence description of a picture

How we teach this class
- 01 Sentence patterns Rules are taught as short patterns — who, does what, where — with plenty of practice for each.

- 03 Sight words and daily vocabulary Frequently used words like the, is and are are practised daily through simple games.
- 04 Stories and questions Short stories are read, and children answer what happened, who was there and why, building comprehension.
- 05 Weekly short conversations A one-minute talk about a favourite topic, preparing children for the Language Club.
